Fox Valley Heart Foundation Recognizes Rush-Copley Medical Center

Since its inception, the Fox Valley Heart Foundation has recognized an individual or organization who has made signficant contributions to heart disease education and awareness in the community.  This year, Rush-Copley Medical Center was awarded the Fox Valley Heart Foundation Recognition Award for its contributions over the years to the annual Women's Heart Symposium. 

Through its Continuing Medical Education office, Rush-Copley Medical Center has provided administrative support and funding for this event--now in its seventh year.  The event attracts physicians and healthcare providers from across the area and offers the expertise of regionally and nationally known speakers.

Barry Finn, President and CEO of Rush-Copley Medical Center, was on hand to accept the award during the luncheon presentation.  According to Finn, "We are honored by the recognition and are proud to be a part of the Foundation's work."
